Dato’ Felician was CEO of a private college and a private school, and since 1996 had set up and managed private educational institutions at preschool, primary, secondary and tertiary levels. He led project teams and acted in advisory roles for four Bursa Malaysia companies in the setting up of private and international schools since 2003. In 2009, he entered into a joint venture in setting up the International School @ ParkCity and in 2013, he opened Eaton International School in collaboration with Gamuda Land in Jade Hills. Dato’ Felician holds a bachelor of arts from Alberta, Canada and a bachelor of law and a master of law from Hull, UK. An active student leader during his boarding school days in Vancouver, Canada and at university, he is a passionate advocate of advancing student leadership and corporate social responsibility.

Datin Wendy’s extensive involvement in the private education sector over the last 25 years had seen her taken on senior management roles in a number of educational services companies. She started her career as owner of an English Language Centre in 1992, followed by an education counselling and placement services company a year later before assuming the position of academic head and eventually principal in a private college in 2002. In 2007, she took over an underperforming preschool and revamped it into a very successful preschool with a wait list of students every year. In 2013, she became the founding principal of Eaton International School. Datin Wendy holds a bachelor of science from Hull, UK.

Sarah began her teaching career through the Graduate Teaching Programme in the UK. She then spent nine years as a class teacher at primary schools in England.
One of Sarah’s many responsibilities while teaching in the UK was behavior and well-being of students in her school.

Nathan joins Eaton after spending the last 12 years teaching in the UK at a highly regarded secondary school.
Throughout his career, Nathan has been highly involved in supporting extra-curricular activities and educational visits. Highlights of his experience include leading Duke of Edinburgh Award training and annual watersports trips to France.

Ryan is a dedicated, supportive and enthusiastic teacher, who prides himself on encouraging students to be active and independent thinkers. Ryan joins the Primary team from the UK, having taught in a number of Primary schools over the past four years.
He has a passion for sports and believes in the value these experiences can add to a student school experience. He is experienced in developing and leading extracurricular activities and running a variety of sports teams.

Mr. Thomas has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education specialising in Secondary Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Acoustics and Music from the University of Southampton, UK. Prior to joining Eaton in 2016, he has taught Mathematics for four years in the United Kingdom. In 2018, he became Head of Pastoral and in 2020, he moved up to the position of Assistant Head of Secondary.

Mr. Matthew Oothuizen is a motivated and passionate secondary teacher who has taught in South Africa and Malaysia. As well as being an English teacher, Mr Matthew also has experience in teaching sports and fitness, and is practiced in helping students find their self motivation.
